Just removed my abs on my car and am currently relocating the prop valve to behind the firewall. I have to run new brake lines to the front from the mc/ to the prop valve and from there to the 2 front stainless lines
I dont feel like bending the new hard lines

Im thinking of doing the whole brake setup with braided lines.. but im not sure if they would give too much flex?

I track the car and if hard line is better i guess ill just stick with that..

Id rather do braided but if its going to affect the performance then i wont.

any ideas?

PS: i already have braided lines from stock location to the caliper.

the whole idea of this thread is to see if its worth it to do full ss lines as oposed to the oem hard line

IIRC, the OEM hard-lines are there to keep the pressure as high as possible, not to mention that they're usually a very small gauge. I don't believe a braided line would be able to do the same as far as keeping the same level of performance.

Someone prove me wrong though!

Many places you must have all hard lines by law. Here in quebec you're not even allowed a union. I know of one person who got pulled over by a picky cop and had their car towed because of exactly what you describe. From a safety point of view it would be somewhat hazardous to pass a flex line through the firewall so you'd need to get the appropriate fittings and do it in multiple pieces. The problem is abraision over time. Then you'll probably have trouble getting the inverted flares for the prop valve. Simple answer - bend some hard lines.
