OBD II Code P0400

"EGR Flow Malfunction"

Car is a 98 Mazda MX6 V6.

After resetting teh code, the CEL came back on about an hour later.

Thoughts?

check for wiring problems and if none are found replace the EGR. C'mon dude it's not that difficult.

Replace the EGR. Fairly common with the newer proteges and the problems may extend to yours as well.
