Traffic was backed up big time this morning on the 50 cause of that accident on the Cartier bridge. This guy in a white 4 door civic tinted windows with, what looked like the shocker sticker on his back door window, decides to pass people on the shoulder, he did this twice then took off again, didn't see him untill I got up on the bridge and saw him pulled over by the QPP. Guess he got a ticket for doing a u-turn down below. Anyone on here?
