where to fasten these brackets for type r lip?

Hi,

I just got my type-r lip for my 2000 civic. It came with 2 S-shaped brackets and 2 other clamps that I 'believe' secure the bottom of the lip to the bottom of the thin piece of bumper (I've already fastened them in the attached pic where i 'think' they're supposed to go).

But I'm not sure about the other 2 S-shaped brackets. Does anyone know how/where these are supposed to fit to my bumper/lip by looking at my pic?
