Pouhaha the shift linkage was a fucking bitch! We finished that last night! The only thing remaining is making the hole in the downpipe and weld a nut to hold the O2.

After that.. bye bye Delsol!

Don't use a weld nut. Go see Mikey at NoLimits. A nice O2 bung is about $2 more than a weld nut and will do a far better job. After it's welded run a tap through it as the threads will most likely deform from the heat. Not worth screwing up a good O2 sensor.

Oops I saw this way too late!

I got back from my neighbour and he weld a nut and it works well!

I'm currently looking for the wiring diagram on Honda Tech. Can't find a thing yet :S.

In the paper that came with the O2.. I got all for purpuse of the wires, no problem there. I'm not sure yet which one to plug with the new O2.

I'll go back under the car and check my options. IF you know Michael, which wires are which, I'd appreciate you helping me out.

I found this on Honda Tech.

The sensor should be 2 blacks, a white and a blue (or white and a green, depending on company). The two blacks are the heater positive and heater ground wires, the white is the power source and the blue (or green) is the signal wire.

Same thing on the "harness side" of the connecter??

On Bosch O2:

Signal -> Black
Heater -> 2 wires, both are white
Ground -> Grey

Engine side or "harness side":

Signal -> Blue (or Green)
Heater -> Black and white?
Ground -> Black

How Am I suppose to ID the right Black for the right purpose??? Maybe it doesn't matter.. any of both will do the job?
