View Full Version : whats with westend Kanata guys and "racing slicks"
buncha hardcore douchebags in civics and other hard serious modded "tuners" pimpin' around in these shitboxes with front steel wheels, and 17's or 18's in the back.
Namely a red civic.
all have the same S.A.S.R. (serious about suckin' rod?) stickers on them.
You guys are sooooo cool, that you're bombastic 16 seconds street machines are ready to pounce into action at anytimes with your baldass motomaster winter tires.
you all look retarded.

I wouldn't think a 92 civic is a cheap car to insure.
....are you being serious??? my first car (94 civic HB)when i got my g2 i was still 16 fuck, primary driver every day vehicle insurance wasnt even $80 a month. to somebody under 20 years old thats fucken cheap.
but im still assuming your not being serious.

I thought it would be stupidly high because of all the young kids driving it, and it being a 2 door car.

Car is under my name. Insurance is under my name AND im insured with a different company than my parents.. The only bad thing about my policy is that i have a contract for 3 years. If you want, ill be more than happy to give you proof of this and my other friend with the same car paies 48$\month for his G2 so i guess rates on the Qc side are lower than On.
That explains it right there. Qc. and On. rates are TOTALLY different. You can't even compare them. I bet you paid a shitload for you plates. FWIW my 95civic 4dr is now just under 100$/mo one way and I'm 25with a clean record(other than a tint ticket)

Plate in ON are $75 a year.... I had a 91 civic hatch with a clean record at 20 and I couldn't find insurance any cheaper than $300/mth. that is just PLPD no collision

Ok so I live in kanata and have only seen these steelie wear'n rides either at M&M or at Luskville. I've never seen them here. But who cares there out enjoying thier shit. We've probably got some of the nicest non riced up shit in this part of the city (except mine-DAMN RUST) Oh and by the way the SASR stuff is just a joke against RASR and blew out of proportion. I'm over the hill, married and ownership is in her name= $60 per month(93 eg). My Jeep liberty (in her name) $80 per month full coverage.

I have no idea what car you guys are talking about!
I know one guy had steelies on the front for like a week cuz one rim had to be repaired.
Who cares what everyone is driving on. At least there isn't alot of rice out here.
And Kenny you're not one to talk. At least these people have friends to hang out with. I haven't seen you out in a long time!
