where to get rad fan?

looking for a rad fan...just the fan looks to be mine has seized and has not been an issue untill the warmer temperatures hit.
where can i get a good deal on one and how hard is install?

thank you very much...contacted teknotik and quoted me 125 for everything at my door...which was much better than the 285 i was quoted for just the motor for the fan.
