That first one is for sale.
Has 80,000km's and is asking 11G's. It is actually pretty rare model, which is the 325i MTECH II

I *believe* that the Mtech 325 is automatic.

i talked to the guy that owns the first one when he brought it back from japan, car is uber uber clean, but liek someone stated it is an automatic , but for an e30 and the m kit on it 11g's is little high but not much

850i... Pure garbage, will break down every traffic light.
Anyone who is in the market for one should look into a 850csi pretty much looks the same, but is a much better car.
I've got some pretty cool videos of the 850csi. One of them where a coin is placed standing up on the engine while the engine is off, and they start the engine, amazingly the coin doesn't tip over.

That E30 is freaking nice man!
Mani: yeah the famous 850 and there problems.. and those problems aren't cheap to repair either..
