Question : Bumper Fit...Civic

Hey guys.

My buddy just gave a me his 99 Civic HB Bumper.
Will it fit my Gf's 98 Civic HB?
The lights seem different...
His civic is CX....and I think My gfs car is CX too...?

Can you clarify for me?

96-98 and 99-00 have 2 different front ends. Hence why the bumper you're trying to put on won't fit and is therefore useless, unless you change the fenders, hood and headlights to the 99-00 version.

However, if you want to try and make it fit anyhow, here's the tool you'll require:
