It's definitely a better interface and software. I look forward to a better theme though.

Yeh its faster too :)
There are a lot of problems with this software. I've been busy fixing their poorly written SQL. They've polluted the queries with non-standard mySQLisms. :(

Might just be me, but I'm having speed issues...
Just feels really sluggish thus far...
Seems much quicker to me. I'll have a look once there are a bunch of posts to see if I can create any indexes to speed things up if necessary.

Will the old threads be loaded to this new DB?

Not bad. I dont mind the format.
Yes the old threads will be loaded... well not all of them and not today. I just finished doing all the PMs. 692,000 in all. You guys sure write a lot of PM's!!! I have to write another script to deal with moving posts over. Currently I'm considering technical, projects and pictures/videos.

Can you get the text to wrap so i don't have to keep scrolling to the right on this POS 17" monitor.

Agreed...that's really the only complaint I have with this new board. Any way to fix that?

If you need help porting anything, let me know. I can lend a hand, even if its just to get a skin template going.
