I'm looking into products that would eliminate vibration related problems. Specifically breaking brass T fittings for my turbo's oil feed line.
This product from MFactory seems to be very solid and is relatively cheap:

But what issues have there been in the past regarding Sandwich adapters? What should I expect to go wrong, if anything, after installing one?
Any useful input would be greatly appreciated.
As I suggested take a 12" braided stainless line from the back of your block to an oil manifold (vacuum manifold will work just fine) then run your lines out of that. If you take a male to female BSPT braided line you can use it to relocate the existing fittings that are on the back of your block right now.
For the oil sandwich plates I've heard many complaints about the cheap ones taking unfiltered oil. I believe the golden eagle one takes filtered oil. I'd have to look a little closer at the oiling system though.

I got some info from Mfactory where they stated that their Oil Block adapter doesn't supply filtered oil. Apparently the only sandwich plate available on the market that does supply clean, filtered oil is the one made by Golden Eagle.

Which model would be best for my application?

Do what Hackish said, that is what I did and worked great and never had a problem. I didn't use a "oil manifold" but a 4 way fitting that I had my oil pressure gauge in and my factory oil pressure switch in. It takes the vibrations with no problem.
