Missing/backfiring ?

i have a 99 civic SE, with a d16y7, it idles fine, but backfires, and missess, underload it threw 5 codes, miss on 1,2,3,4, and the random multiple misses. i changed, cap, rotor,wires, plugs. still does it
where should i go from here?
