96 Acura 2.5 TL

So i get a cal last night. I come this morning the fan is staying on and doesn't shut off. I'm charging the battery right now as soon as i started to charge the battery the fan came on. I pulled the fuse for now. But obviously can't drive around like that. Any suggestions?

You can drive with it, just dont' stop for long periods of time with the A/C on. If it's heating up too much just crank the heat.

I believe there's some sort of switch that's activated when at a certain temperature. It must be stuck closed.
