I am installing Harland Sharp Roller Rockers Ratio 1.7 this weekend on my 94 Dodge Ram 5.2L.

If there is an interest I can do a write up on how it went and what the results are ?

I'd like to see a write up and what kind of difference they made!

Well, so far they made a big difference in the engine. The engine use to pull from 2500-4000rpm. It now pulls from around 2200-4500rpm. The engine sounds smoother and the exhaust pulses a little more.

While I had the things apart I also shaved my throttle body. Opened it up to let some more air in there.

Looks good! Cool to see you doing stuff on your own. MPG change much?

If I can keep my foot out of the gas I will let you know. Before the changes I was at approx 12mpg city. I will post next week when I fill up next. I only fill up once a week, cause I only drive about 400km a week.

Nice roller rockers! That's a nice difference in rpm. How'd you measure that? Just noticing peal feel in certain rpm ranges?
I'm also interested in what the fuel economy yields for ya.

When you floor the gas you can feel the power band where the engine sounds like it is bogging down to where the engine picks up and sounds loud and strong. Then as you get to redline you will notice the engine is loud but you kind of stopped accelerating and the rpm's slow down on it's climb up. So going by this I find the RPM range has changed. I'll post on Monday what my mileage yields ;)

Thanks :D Hopefully I will get it painted by the end of the summer, it is patches of flat black primer.

I finally got a few calculations on my MPG. I was at about 10MPG City with the new RR I average an increase of 1-2 increase. This is all city driving I am sure there would be an even bigger increase for highway the motor pulls better on the highway and is easier to maintain speed. I could see 16-17mpg on highway I am sure if I drove highway miles.

Ya ya I know we are in Canada but how many liters/100km just sucks
