I started building a sub box for my ram it is a regular cab and most of the prefab box just suck.
Going into the box will be 2 10" 300w RMS and 2 6.5"s 200W RMS subs. It should sounds good.

Is it going inside the cab?
Won't the speakers be pointing directly at the back of your seat(s)
EDIT - NM - didn't know you were posting more pics.
Looks awesome, how does it sound?

I test fit the box into the truck so I can start my amp racks. There is a nice shelf behind the center console now. It was a tight fit. Next time I will remove all of the seats to make it easier to install. Plus, I need to install sound deading mat.

That is exactly where they point not many other directions to point a sub woofer in a truck. I still need to get a grill to cover the 10" subs.

You definitely need grills, your subs will be demolished if the rubber surround is touching your seats...
I used to have 3-12" audiobahn subs like that in a monstorously-sized box, oldschool ftw.

This was just a test fit, this is the first time I actually put the box into the truck. Everything was built measurement. You never know until it gets into it's place ;)
I am happy with the performance, hits harder than other box I had. The other box was 0.7 cubic feet this one is 1.5 cubic feet per sub. Plus having the 6.5 sub in there fills out the higher/mid range bass that I restrict on the 10" subs. Plus with the size of the box I also have the option of porting the box if I find the sub just can't hit those lower notes.
Overall so far at half power (only 1 amp and only 1 sub powered) there is a 2 fold increase of volume and bass.

I thought about what you said so I headed home and built a grill for the subs...I will post better pictures after the paint dries ;)
