so i bought the car 2 years ago(95 civic coupe) had two 12' subs, hooked them up 2 weeks later battery dies. try charging nothin. so i go and get a new one left the subs unhooked...battery dies again thinkin its the battery i got and get another under warranty..subs still unhooked..

thinking its the subs go to where pervious owner had them installed (future shop) they tell me i have a very bad short to ground and my car would catch fire if i drove it...took it to the shop they said nothing..
battery fine for a while

next year upgrade pulleys play with the subs a bit battery goes low but doesn't drain, charge it and shes ready to go again....subs unhooked and out of car for sale...

had lots of stuff checked out and nothin....get and alarm installed...nothin...

this year did a swap hoping that would solve my problems as well as getting a GSR...then the other week take out my BMW H.I.Ds go back to my stock setup with and set of plug and play H.I.Ds run them for 2 weeks... everything was fine no signals of it dying and after hockey come out wont turn over lights wont even come on...

oh and sometimes when i would start the new motor it would barley turn and fire up rite away but it sounded fucked.....

please anyone with any idea oh anything help me out....this is becoming a big headache...anything would help

ryan.

I'd check to see if you've got something draining the battery with everything shut off. You're going to need a multi-meter. Got one?
