It's not a wide body kit at all, the rear fenders were modified to accommodate the huge tail lights. In other words, it got a ghetto-booty implant. I just hope to god it's not all bondo under there. :?

I took the season off to have the car worked on. You'll be in for a surprise when it's out next season. As for the 'winning' comment, i thought people shouldn't have to worry about what others say about other peoples cars ;)

I've seen lots of cars that get praise on here; Pauls Buick, Stu's Challenger, The late Bastards S4, Fred's Supra, Chris' Tiburon, Madelinot's G35, Sean's Eclipse.. etc.. The list goes on. They're all tasteful cars and there owners didn't feel the need to cheese them up with Canadian Tire accessories to compensate for meager social skills and to try and gain acceptance in "the scene" by "there homies" to go for "photoshoots" and "lol dawg lol" all the way to there parents branch of the bank.

That car is ugly, period.

Mkay. Match the interior colour to the exterior colour, or at least go with a shade.. not with a colour that's no where else on the car. That'd be a first step in 'improving' it. Maybe putting in OEM LED accord tail lights instead of the altezza versions, getting rid of the chrome rims and to fix all the cracks and scrape marks off the bodykit would be a good direction for him/her to go aswell.

I'm not bashing the car at all, i think it has a lot of potential and could look quite nice. I look forward to seeing it in person next year, if it's still around.

Agreed with Flip on this. There are ton's of rides out there that personally I don't like, but I respect the fact that work was put into them. It may not be my taste, but it is someones. Cripes I get ripped on all the time for my choice of ride, but I don't give a damn.

Shows aren't just about trophies. If I was a trophy hound, I'd be hitting up every small show that I was guaranteed to win at. I've met some pretty good people at shows that I wouldn't have otherwise. I do it a) for myself as it's better than sitting at home watching the tube, and b) for the positive reactions I get to it. I get bullshit comments like "you have too much money into that" My answer is "There is no such thing as too much money, if you can afford it, do it"
