umm it still needs a vacuum source.. the vacuum opens the bypass valve when the throtle plate closes

Yes the stock recirc valve has a vacuum line on it. The aftermarket blowoff valve is only there until I have access to a welder again to weld in a plug in it's place. I didn't like the way it ran with the turbosmart piece. I explained this to everyone at blastech but one of them still thought it would be cool to come on here and talk about it anyways.

For sure mechanics have to get in the car and drive it around, just not other customers. other customers should have no business even inside the shop, let alone in another customer's glovebox. A few facts to get this whole shit fight straight:
1. G-PWR is one of my best freinds and I told him what happened and he is obviously just as pissed as I was.
2. I am a bodyman and I know exactly what a mechanic (or bodyman) has to do in a customers car depending on the job.
3. I couldn't give a fuck less what you (golfie) or anybody else thinks of my car. I built it for ME! I just ask that everyone has a little more respect for someone that put a lot of work into a car. The audi at blastec has alot of work into it. I know this and respect it for it. It's not my style but I respect it.
4. I have been told many times that this guy isn't the type to steal anything. But if you went to a shop, and you found a note from a complete stranger in yor glovebox wouldn't you be upset. I don't care if it had a recipe for muffins on it. The fact is that it was there.
5. This guy DOESN'T EVEN WORK THERE! He's not a mechanic.Ask him If he would mind if I got in his car and looked in his glovebox while he wasn't there.
6. I'm over it. I don't even want to talk about it anymore because it just makes me angry again. NOW WHY CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG. No matter what each other drives.
