Daimler bought Chrysler, thus Chryslers are Mercedes (300C, Magnum, Charger are based on W210 E-class, Crossfire on R170 SLK), Mercedes are not Chryslers.

This isn't chocolate. A real enthusiast wouldn't have a negative oppinion. Because if you know what these machine's are capable of and the heritage behind them, you would have some respect for them, and most likely would like that automobile.
