The Tein S-Tech springs are a pretty sweet deal. I got mine for $180 before taxes for my 91 Civic. The ride is nice, and the handling was obviously greatly improved.

I had Tein S-Tech springs on my '06 Civic LX and I wasn't too happy with them. The Eibach springs seem to be a better application on these Civics. The spring rates and R&D is better. The Koni yellow adjustable dampers that are soon to be released were tested with these springs.
