retard left car right in middle of highway w/no flashers

driving just past the st laurant split towards the west end there was a car with absolutely no lights flashing parked in the middle lane of the highway.... now why? When I drove by it this guy in a civic 4-door almost barrel rolled out of control who didnt see it... I just cant believe someone would do that.

edit: yeh alternator could have died but at least call the cops yknow :p

what time was this at ?

cause on my way back home on the 417 right at the stlaurent split going west bound. a car smashed right into a other car that seemed to have been stopped right in the middle.
