Need help with taking Stickers off of a car....

hey guys... an ex rcmp car came into work today and i have to take off all the sticker residue off the car.... i am having a hell of a time trying to get it off.... anyone have any tips or tricks or anything...... hopeing gtpaul or someone might know an easy way lol...

you can buy an attachment for a drill that is made not to damage paint, its like an eraser
