Cleaning Interior

Just picked up a newer winter SUV from the country. The interior is great but dirty. Any tips and/or product suggestions to clean tan coloured carpets and leather?

Carpets are tan but but have that grey tinge to them from all the years of dirt build up. Might be the odd oil stain in the trunk.

Seats are tan but again are darkend from years of dirt/grime. I have scrub brushes and a big shop vacuum but I'm lost when it comes to picking out cleaning products that work well.
