Winter Driving School
This year, the Audi Club Canada East Chapter will put on its annual winter driving school in a one day format. Many participants will be able to attend without the need for an overnight stay. After a short classroom session to review safety rules and ice driving theory, participants will be divided into three groups, meet their instructors and immediately tackle the three on-track exercises.

Instructor Driving Day - Friday February 6th
Instructors are invited to register for the Instructor driving day on Friday, February 6, prior to the Teen ice driving clinic on February 7th and the one day winter driving school on February 8th.
The instructor driving day on Friday is the time for instructors to get re-acquainted with the various driving areas and tracks that will be used during the clinic and driving school on Saturday and Sunday. It should be considered a required day for any instructor who has not instructed at an event at this facility before. Mecaglisse is the premier ice driving facility in North America.
The instructor day will be run as an open track day, with instructors cycling through the various tracks and driving areas throughout the day. Instructors will have virtually unlimited track time.

The registration fee for the instructor day is $150.00 CAN. Lunch is not included in the registration fee. We will convoy to a nearby restaurant at noon.

The facility will be open at 8:30 AM on Friday and instructors can arrive, complete their registration and head to the driving areas at any time after this. The facility will shut down at 4:30 PM.
