red integra, super loud

Red, slammed, dark wheels, g2 integra ripping around Orleans last night from 10:30 ish onward. Either a bad muffler with a leak or none at all. I don't really care as long as it's not the middle of the night, but if someone knows this guy tell him to quiet it up a bit before he gets a ticket.

yea if hes got a carbon fibner hood, its a black guy, type r motor, and he tried buying my apex-i muffler cuz his was wayyyyy too loud.... nice guy tho.
