Since some people around here have been so critical I just thought I'd post up a few pics. I usually only build manifolds in the winter. Here are some from last winter. First 2 are for a 500whp Dart block I did. Coated by RLD. Second one was a 640whp H22 CRX.

My partner in the business, machinest since 1968, was very impressed with the very high quality of mikes manifolds, not talking about the price fighter ones for the no budget turbo builds.

I am sure they are, I was merely joking around (in reference to another post about tuning )

The trouble is, even someone who is joking says X is crap. People who don't know what the difference is may then assume X is crap because they don't know any different. I thought you'd like the Leb CRX no photo no care quote :P

based on those pics, if someone thinks that manifold/welds are crap shouldn't even be looking at buying one

they look top notch, good job :victory:

Plus tax? This would totally be a cash job. It does look vey nice. V-bands are baller.

I could do it cash for $1350. As a company I have to charge tax. It would be pretty hard to explain to the tax man how $600 in materials just walked out the door and $1200 in cash just appeared to pay bills.

why did you decided to use 316SS? It does have higher corrosion resistance a higher creep strenght at high temperatures, but im not sure its worth the reduction in ductility (since 316 has a higher carbon concentration) and price (compared to 304SS).

Manifold that are daily driven (traffic, stop and go) get alot of stress.

Not trying to lower your work, not at all, im just curious and i know first hand about your work and would recommend it also.
