What are the conditions like there? How deep?

Anyways it sounds like it'd be cool, but I'm on street Geolanders which suck, even for the street. ;)

I wonder how my 4x4 Rav4 would handle in the mud. It'd be funny to get her dirty. lol

This the same Dywer Hill place you told me about in PM?

Post Google Maps photos of it.

I work until 8 on Friday so I doubt I'll be able to head out. Maybe I'll go to Trackwerks-- oh, nevermind.

I could easily pull that out. I'm sure there are bigger trucks that go to these as well.

I'm I'm driving a 2004 Subaru Forester. Stock height. :D I've been through some pretty nasty mud on Concession road 7 (it was actually closed because of the condition, but I had to get through) I went with a low gear (AWD, can't choose) but I needed to keep on the gas so that I wouldn't get stuck.

It was fun though. :D

I go down Howie road, which ends at old Almont rd. Then keep goin down the unmaintained road to the lines. That way stock trucks can still have some fun before they get stuck...

http://www.mapquest.com/maps?city=Ottawa&state=ON&address=Howie+Road&zipcode=K0A&country=CA&latitude=45.27318&longitude=-76.06214&geocode=STREET

Shows Howie rd. The lines are in between old almonte and hwy 7. zoom out a little.
