Why does everyone feel the need to speed down the parking aisles (with a ton of cars and people) and then tear out. I don't get it.

A particular white Skyline did that. Didn't even look left when he was turning. I was hoping another speedy guy (like the moron in the silver Grand Prix) drove by at the same time.
