easier to pass with pcv and valve cover line disconnected?

i was just thinking....these lines are routed back to the IM for the environment....and its up to our cars to capture those fumes and reburn them and pass them through a cat.......what if these lines arent connected in whatever case they may no longer be required.....


.......should an effort be made to burn these waste vapours in an attempt to pass an etest?

i would think reburning oil vapor and partially combusted fuel vapors would add contaminants to the exhaust stream.........

and just to clarify, i am talking more about harnessing these vapors and disposing of the condensed liquid at a certified hazardous waste disposal facility. :D
