Hello Everyone!

This meet has been a long time in the making but Teknotik.com and JDMRides.ca is pleased to announce the H-T Meet 2009 - Canada's largest Honda and Acura gathering of the year on August 9th, at Grand Prix Kartways, Downsview Park Toronto Ontario. This is once again a FREE Event!

Last year was an amazing turnout with over 550 cars and this year will be even better with the anticipation that has been building for this event once again. We already have crews heading in from all over Canada to attend and once again show Honda-Tech some of Canada's finest!

If you missed it last year, this year is only going to be bigger and better so be sure to make plans to be there!

We are fortunate enough to have the support of Grand Prix Kartways for use if their amazing facility for this event. They have unlimited space (backing onto the runways) and one of the nicest karting facilities in Canada. Come enjoy the day, BBQ, take some pics, meet other Honda/Acura enthusiasts and try your heavy foot on the state of the art Karts (discounted karting rates for all cars registered at the meet).

Once again this year Grand Prix Kartways will be hosting the HT Grand Prix Aug 9th at the annual Honda Tech meet. Last Years champs will have a chance to avenge their titles in this multiple round Grand Prix that includes a qualifying round and a final ( Final A, Final B, Final C) so you get 2 races. This Grand Prix is usually 49$, but will be an HT Meet Special of 35$, plus an additional discount if you have a car registered in the meet.

There will be prizes, trophies and of course the honor award to winners!

Hello Everyone!

We've been getting a lot of questions in regards to H-T 6. We've taken the time to answer some of those questions.

When is H-T 6?

H-T 6 for 2009 is taking place Sunday August 9th 2009. The meet will begin at 11am and end at 6pm. Canada's largest Honda and Acura gathering of the year will take place at Grand Prix Kartways, Downsview Park Toronto Ontario.

What can I expect from H-T 6?

H-T 6 meet is one of the most anticipated meets of the year. Year after year this meet is able to attract more and more cars from all over Ontario and Canada. Last years H-T meet netted over 550+ cars.

Will there be food there?

YES! Grand Prix Kartways will be BBQ serving hot dogs hamburgers and drinks. If you decide you want to get away from the heat there is also a restaurant inside Grand Prix Kartways that is a fully licensed bar as well, but please enjoy responsibly.


How much money is it to get in?

H-T 6 Meet is once again a free event. There is no cost to enter with or without a vehicle. The first 450 registered vehicles will receive a free limited edition H-T 6 t-shirt and H-T 6 crest window sticker. Once again this a FREE Event!

If I have a car do I have to pre register?

No, you do not need to pre register. Upon arrival our friendly staff will be handing out H-T 6 welcome packs. In those welcome packs will have some goodies as well as a H-T 6 registration form. Be sure to fill out the registration and submit it at the registration tent to be eligible for your free t shirt, sticker and prizes!

Prizes? How can I win prizes?

Through out the day we will be having draws for prizes donated by our sponsors.
Prizes are for registered participants that are on site at the time the draw winners are announced. If the winner does not come to pick up his prize within the hour another draw will take place for that item.

When you register you will get a H-T Crest Windshield decal, place the decal on the front windshield to let the videographers know you are a proud supporter of H-T.


I want to go Go-Karting do we get special deals?

Yes! Gran Prix Kartways has kindly offered us a deal for Honda-Tech participants and spectators only. They will host the annual H-T Grand Prix. The grand prix will consist of a qualifying rounds and a final round. The cost of the grand prix will be $35 per person. There will be prizes and trophies for the top 3 times in the finals.

There will be annoucements through out the afternoon to inform people of what is going on with the grand prix. Here is the basic break down of the afternoon.

2:30pm- Drivers meeting for those who are participating in the H-T Grand Prix

3-4 pm- Qualifying rounds for the Grand Prix Finals

5-6 pm- Championship final round

6:15pm- Trophy and prize ceremony for the top 3 contestants.

Also for a limited time, they are offering free membership to those who will be go karting that day.

Do you want to hear my Vtec or BOV in the parking lot?

No, please drive responsibly at all times whether you are enroute to the meet, leaving the meet and please conduct yourself accordingly in the parking lots there will be many people around so please be safe. We have a zero tolerance policy for EXCESSIVE revving, RIPS, burnouts, doughnout, power slides, drifts, 1 tire fire, neutral drops, coffe can sound boards, etc.


I don't drive a Honda can I still come?

No. Just kidding.. everyone is welcome at the meet.
