cabs are sooooooo unsafe.i always ask them about the noises i hear and they tell me its nothing. i say your brakes are sqeeling and that clunk in the front is most likely a balljoint. they usually blame it on a bump in the road.

all cabs in ottawa have to get a written saftey check twice a year. its called meter check. i worked at a garage that dealt with a ton of cabs. ive seen some crazy shit, but MOST cabbies keep their car relatively safe.

there are some ghetto cabbies that can slip through the cracks, ESPECIALLY cabs that are non blueline, like capital or any other random company. IMO just call blueline and your safe.
