If you have something that you are looking for or would like to give away for free check out Ottawa Freecycle. I've used it a couple of times and have had alot of success.

If you can't get rid of that sofa bed, I would suggest to post it here.

Freecycle is awesome! http://www.freecycle.org has all of the Freecycle groups listed. There are specific ones for Barrhaven, Orleans, Kanata, Glebe, etc... as well as the more obvious Ottawa one.
