Overall, the car is extremely clean for the age. Car is always garage kept since my ownership and barely sees rain. Only synthetic fluids used and changed rigorously. There is nothing wrong with the car and the only reason i am toying with the idea of selling is because i am moving to a place without a secure garage. If i do not get close to my asking price, i will just keep the car at my parents place! Car is located in Ottawa. Price is $16,900. If you don't have anything nice to say, please keep them to yourself.

Sorry, no OEM parts....i bought the car that way (including the front end and the engine). I was told that the original engine was too heavily modified and was not really practical for daily driving hence it was replaced with a JDM unit. I can guarantee that nothing is wrong with the engine and the car was never in a previous front end accident.

Nope... sunroof motors weighed too much. type-r anything is a scaled down, race type version of a model. all performance... rare to have any power options
