Hi All!!
For those that are interested, I have a 2000 BMW 323i up for sale (for a friend of mine.) The vehicle has 112,000kms, and all the usual amenities, including: leather upholstery, power sliding sunroof, and 2 sets of tires. The vehicle also has a manual transmission, and is in nice shape given its age and mileage.
Asking $13,000
For additional details, questions, etc please feel free to post up, PM me, or send me an email: kyle@autonegotiators.ca
Thanks!! 8) :D

Is the 323 a 4 door?
If you have any pics that would be great. My dad may be interested.
Thanks!

Yep! -the vehicle is a 4door. I am selling the vehicle for a good friend of mine (mature owner), and will get the pics of the vehicle this evening. If you would like, just send me a quick e-mail and I'll e-mail the pics to you.
Thanks!! :D

Its an outstanding deal that certainly won't last long. All things considered, its a decent price to get into a BMW that is in decent shape, and will provide many kms of pleasurable and spirited driving! 8)

I know the mileage says 102,000km, however this was the mileage of the vehicle at the time when it was listed on the lease exchange takeover site. The vehicle is currently leased, so the price of $13,000 is to buy the vehicle outright (includes remaining few payments, plus original buyout). The only thing the new owner is responsible for is the 14% sales tax on the $13,000.
Thanks!!

That is wrong. The buy out from a lease is always plus tax, so if the buy out with remaning payments is $13k then when it is paid off the 14% tax must be paid (unless you have included the 14% in the $13k).
The purchaser will also have to pay 8% tax at the time of registration (only 8% is paid on private sales). SO if the $13k doesn't include the 14% tax to be paid on buy out, the total price with 14% and 8% is $16k , not such a good deal now.... But if the 8% is the only thing left to pay then $14,040 is not a bad price.

I'm not sure how you arrive at that conclusion.... .. in any event...
The $13,000 price I have mentioned above is the current buy-out for the vehicle at this PRESENT TIME. This amount includes outstanding payment leasee liabilities AND the amount to purchase the vehicle. This amount of $13,000 does NOT include the regular sales tax, so that must be factored into anyone's calculations as well. (So, $13,000 + TAX = $14,820)
Sorry for any misunderstanding/misinterpretation that you may have encountered.
