Time to change my MTF Fluid, and 'm not quite sure which one to go with. I've got access to Gm Syncro mesh here at work, but just wondering if I'd be better off getting my hands on some Redline gear Oil. I've got a H22A Tranny with LSD. What do you guys think?

Nice 4 different options! I vote for half pint of ATF, half quart of MTF, 36 ounces of Mopar 20w50, 1 litre of SyncroMesh, topped up with some random additive from CT.

great post.

I have a 95 Teg. I bought OEM stuff from the dealer. I figured I haven't changed it in forever and I'm hoping it works.

Let me know what you decide. I have it, but I haven't changed it yet. I'll wait another week to see if someone else posts a suggestion.

Read around on the prelude and h22 forums, lots of people seem to be using Gm syncro mesh with a bottle of the gm friction modifier.People claim it helps with the high rpm shift grinds specially in 3rd.

Yo petey, I have a bunch of Redline MT-90 I no longer need, let me know....

PS. I find the MTF too light for Honda trannies, causes too much gear whine in hot weather on the highway.
