Group Karting Events

There is a new karting track that opened up itself up to the public this year. The Track is located 40 min from downtown Ottawa in Quyon, Quebec (just before luskville). The track is a miniture version on the curcuit Mont-Tremblant, the distance around the track is 550m. They have the fastest rental karts in the ottawa area, speeds up to 80km/h can be reached on the straights and this is all while inches above the ground! You can book group track times or even plan large events.

Anyone interested in seeing whos the fastest around the track in a fair environment? Scene as we will all be in the same type of kart. Different packages are available from 45$ per racer which includes practice session, qualification, and a grandprix. Depending on the amount of interest we can turn this into an event and get some prizes for winners. Lots of interest, that's great to see. If interest like this keeps up we can get multiple heats going on that day and some prizes for winners. As of right now im thinking of setting up the "Redliner's Karting Event" for the last weekend in May, so either the 29th or 30th. I will pick a day based on your comments for which works best for the majority.
Also opinions on which grand prix option you preffer would be great. The rates are:
30 Min. Grand Prix: 45$
45 Min. Grand Prix: 65$
60 Min. Grand Prix: 80$

The Advantage to having a longer Grand Prix will be that times will be more precise and with the extra time we can match you up in a final race with other racers that are running similar times and obviously gives you more time to practice and enjoy your time out on the track.
