i know i asked for prices on alot of parts but now i need to go another route

i would like to see how much it would cost for an entire rebuild kit

everyhting i would need to rebuild my motor if possible

89 mazda 2.2L 4 cylinder carb'd

Before I spend two hours digging up every option for rebuild kits for that vehical guessing what it needs, whats your budget?
Keep in mind you have full machining costs plus parts, machining costs including the cylinder head are going to be aprox $500-700.00, parts costs if your getting pistons (if needed) aprox $450-600.00.

What shape is the engine in? example: burn two liters of oil a day?, rod knock?, no compresion?
How many miles on the engine?

Reason I ask your rough budget, is sometimes it makes more sence to buy a used running engine vs properly rebuilding an engine on an older vehical.

well the machining is being done by my dad's friend andhes not charging me so, basically everyhting

i need alll the parts pistons and eveyhting i plan on doing small mods so i want to bring my engine back to life 210,000 found out is only running 3 cylinders so doing a complatete taerdown and rebuild little things like p&P

so i have about a 1500 to 2000 at most budget
