Anyone with rear wheel drive and a v8. ;)
Honestly though. I have no idea. I realize you just want some racing tires with wider tread contact areas. But I have no idea.

I don't know of anyone who can do it in Ottawa. I get all of mine done by Tirecraft in T.O. And I usually just buy all my tires shaved from them, not sure if they will shave tires purchased from another source or what they would charge.
