Right now the plan is:
$23 plus all the fees and taxes will come up around $35

200 weekdays
unlimited after 6pm and weekends
free call display and voicemail
text is $15cent instead of 25cent
long distance is also cheaper

I'm not too sure if they let you keep the plan if not working for the goverment but I think you can pick any new plan.

Rogers has always been $0.15 cents/message...never $.25

I work at rogers. So if your transfering your plan(commitment?) to someone else it will be under that persons name therefore not being eligible for your government discounts unless that person is also a gov't employee.
