A turbo system is not something that will fail your safety. Go everywhere and anywhere and you can get a safety check done. As for a fake... well.. why..

As said above, it has nothing to do with the safety. I even passed e-test easily with mine (hf cat, open dump, emissions crap ripped out, open vent).

You don't even need an engine or tranny *technically* to safety a car in Ontario.

Technically, a car does not even need to be able to run to do a safety on it, I don't see any reasons why it would be an issue, unless there are some oil leaks from the turbo or the exhaust is hanging lower than stock.......
