What is proper mod etiquette?

Should mods change thread titles to what they feel is right in turn making fun of the original poster?

Should mods be allowed to ban people based on personal feelings when there is no real reason to ban said person?

Should mods be able to trash talk in one post then give others shit for doing the same in others?

Should mods be deleting posts for no good reason other than they do not agree with it?

Should mods completely ignore members who contact them (as forum rules state) forcing them to go to other mods to have there issues resolved?

Any input from moderators is welcomed.

I think generally the response users get from a mod related to how much trouble a user has caused. I'll go way out of my way to try and help out some guy who has had a history of good posts/behavour and positive contributions as opposed to Joe crap disturber. That's just me and everyone knows I'm handy with the delete button on the same 5 users.
