Was the Sirius module actually for the Sirius ready cd player you have? You can't just install any Sirius radio and have it work with your cd player (ie: using the cd's Sirius buttons, menus etc) unless you only want it using the FM modulator

to make it work with your deck you need the sirius module for the brand of deck you have. So if you have a pioneer deck you need the pioneer sirius module, its pretty expensive, i believe $99 at least. So basically the sirius radio you have now is useless if you want it to work through your deck.

what he said, but its worth the price. Crystal clear quality, and never had issues with mine.

99$ for the pioneer is cheap the clarion for my deck is over 200 so instead i used the adapter with rcs's on one side and the headphone jack on the other end it allso helps to have real good grounds for everything
