View Full Version : Ahhhh rust
Knoxville

Pulled my interior to check for rust on the inner quarter, and instead of rust there, this is what I find... It hasn't gotten to the thicker more solid strut mount.. It's only rotten on the thin sheet metal. Does this look repairable with mayb a patch welded in? Or am I doomed?

- PB blaster pre-soak
- Heat it up with a torch (the yellow bottle, not the bottle sissy bottle)
- Then wack it with a bat (wood) or rubber mallet from Princess auto.
Or... take the lugnuts off and drive untill it falls off.
