6x9 with adjustable tweeters? Where to aim?

Hey I just picked up a set of infinity 6x9s with adjustable tweeters? I was just curious where I should be aiming the tweeters in my 00 civic?

- At the back of the passenger's head?
- At the glass?
- cross directional?
- etc?

In the rear on a civic I would aim straight up torward the glass, I'm sure someone else around here has a different preference
