exhaust question

hey, i was informed today by the shop i take my car to that i need a new mid pipe. i have a 94 integra gsr with a Rsr ExMag catback system, my question is, if i get a custom mid pipe installed with no resonator if this is goin to make a big difference in the sound of the exhaust? before the hole developed in the mid pipe the exhaust had a very nice sound to it and i do not want to change that too much. any input would be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion it will get significantly louder.

resonators are there to make it quieter... it will make a very noticable difference to remove it...

first i read that the hole in the pipe made a very nice sound !!! so i thought of my d15b7 with a hole in my muffler, everytime i started the car, it mades that mega racing sounds lolll so for a while i could imagine i had a monster engine!

best thing is : magnaflow exhausts :) steath sound!!!
