How do i fix this the surface still feel smooth to the touch looks like it's on the inside of the glass and it's not condensation

If it is on the inside of the glass you are in trouble. If it is on the outside wetsanding is the best way as mentioned then you have to polish out plastic until it is clear, this can be difficult on some pastics.

canadian tire has a headlight kit. its 30bux and turns lenses back to new. ive done lots of them
