Hey,

Having read your post I was looking at Accord brakes online - so the hub has to come off to get the discs off? I haven't run into that before.

All I can think of it use a good spray lube to loosen things up and if you don't need to save the old rotor, apply some persuasion with a hammer. Some rotors have a small threaded hole (or more) in the surface, which you can use to thread a bolt through to try and sepparate the rotor from the hub. This has worked for me before, but I do not have experience with these Accord style brakes.

Jim

edit: be careful when using the hammer method - don't use too much force (what force constitutes too much, I'm not sure - just take it easy!) as sharp impacts may not be good for the hub assembly. Also watch where you swing so that you don't take out a wheel sensor!

you need a special puller to get these rotors off, the knuckle can stay on the car, just remove the four bolts. if you can't get the puller, just keep beating the crap out of it.
