when pulling an engine....what do you need to keep?

srry lol...im pulling a 93 ford taurus SHO engine out of the shell to rebuild it i just wanted to know what i should keep when im taking it out

All the parts you need to put it back in is usually a good start.

SHO engine is awesome, cuz it's not made by Ford.

This is totally the wrong forum to be asking. You're better off at http://www.shoforum.com
And you'll want to give more details. Like is it the 3.0 or 3.2? And what do you plan to do with the engine? Swap it to another SHO or use it for another project?
