Repairing Small Surface Rust

I have a very small (about the size of the tip of a marker) bit of surface rust on the rear quarter panel of my car. (2002 Protege 5)

I would like this fixed so it doesn't come back, any recommendations on where to go?

I've heard lots of good things about Beacon, would they do something like this?
