You can do it yourself if you know how to weld and tune for under $3K.
If you can't do welding and tuning by yourself, put aside 5-6K for somebody to build and tune you a kit.
OR
Buy a kit (search on google, call Mike at nolimits, whatever) and install it yourself and have it tuned professionaly.
I put my kit together...this is what i did.
-Bought a turbo from the DSM boards
-Bought a FMIC from tapp Auto
-Bought 2.5" piping from Vibrant (we used this for my down pipe, and piping from the IC to the turbo)
-Bought an ebay CAI and used that as my piping between the intercooler and the TB. This actually worked out very well, as we only had to cut about 4 inches off the CAI pipe, and weld a U pipe going to the IC. Saved us a lot of time trying to weld that piping from scratch.
-Bought a greddy BOV and flange kit
-Bought a 'stage 2' log style header (http://www.jgstools.com) with a TD05 flange
-Bought SS oil lines from Tapp Auto for my Oil feed & return. They sell em in a kit where you can cut to your liking!
-Oil catch can off ebay
-3" K&N cone filter
-Bought bigger fuel injectors (Greenies, 42lb)
-Bought a Ford Mustang MAF
-Diablo Chip for tuning (I had this proffesionaly dyno tuned)

I think I was close to 4k...its been a while since I looked at the receipts, and I bought a lot from the states when our dollar wasnt doing exactly to hot...
I usually bought 1-2 parts each pay and built it from there....took a long time to get all the parts but I was in no hurry to get it done.

The Turbonetics kit for the H22 lude Is about $4775 with shipping. Its a bolt on and go system. Usally installs in a day or two. Now that engine being on a civic, I dont know how well it would all bolt together.

no i woudnt need a new motor that would be tuned at 7 or 8 psi which is good for stock internals

trust me, nothing is good for stock internals, after your 8lbs.. you will want 10, then you will push the envelope a bit to much one day and poof, no mores moterz.

read up on some prelude boards, most dont run over 5psi daily. the ringlands on H22s are a bit on the weak side and the compression is quite high for a motor to boost, there are some guys on here that have boosted H douces (Petey! ) but i dont think he beats on it at all, and is quite particular about maintenance.
my question to you is, you just had a turbo'd honda that had a fully rebuilt body and a good motor for boost, now you have an H22 and you have to put a kit together and hope for the best, would you not have been better to keep our original boosted car?

ya i know that but the h22 is a better base than the b20b the start off with and i like vtec bro lol no i dunno but i need to find a kit for it b4 we say anything right man cause the car is pretty fast now for shure tho..but wanna boost it up more ponies

The turbonetics have a chip that comes with them, so once you install the system your good to go! It is built for stock engines with no internal mods done to them!
This is why I like my B21A1. A guy in the states has been running 14psi of boost on his DD for 4 years now. Stock internals with 100 000 miles on it after a fresh rebuild.

Yeah, and good luck having it last
thats with no installation too... michael will build a kit just for your car and design it around your car... not send you something mass produced and then fuck off on you...
The turbonetics kit will not fit with an H22/civic. It's been tried before. Their tuning leaves a lot to be desired as 2 of the cylinders tend to run lean. There are a lot of extra parts required to properly turbocharge a car like that. Things from upgraded axles, clutch, gauges, fuel pump etc. It's not just as simple as buying a kit off the interweb and bolting it on.

yeah true it doesnt seem to be complete for shure
That explains where there is a big difference between what I quoted and what the turbonetics box of parts costs. Trust me, I've done a lot of these sort of kits and from experience I know what it ends up costing both the ones I've done and the numerous from other shops both around here and in Montreal.
The other difference is that if you plan on doing a forged build over the winter then you'll probably find that the turbonetics turbo isn't what you really want. Their manifold and turbo combination is good for the amount of power they publish but not a significant amount more.
